Transaction failures with deductions from the available balance can be caused by:
- Technical glitches in the payment system
- Issues with the merchant's processing
- Temporary authorization holds that haven't been released immediately.
If your transaction fails but still deducts your available balance, don't worry. Usually, we automatically return the funds within 48 hours. However, if this doesn't happen, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
