How do I get the refund if I failed my identity verification?

The card application fee will be auto refunded to your Stella Pay wallet if your identity verification is unsuccessful. You can view or claim your balance through the Stella Pay App. Simply tap 'Get the App' to access it.

After logging into your account on the Stella Pay App, you can access your Stella Pay Wallet balance and transaction history. Simply tap 'Wallet' for detailed information.

To initiate a withdrawal, select your preferred coin type and tap 'Withdraw'. 

You will be redirected to the withdrawal page, where you can enter the withdrawal address and specify the amount. Once completed, tap 'Withdraw' again to finalize the process.
