Change of Email address

How do I change my email address?

Step 1: Log into your Stella Pay account, navigate to the Home page, and click on your profile in the top left corner.

Step 2: Click on "Security Settings". 

Step 3: Within the Security Settings, locate and click on the option labeled "Email". 

Step 4: Tap on "Change Email Authentication". 

Step 5: Proceed with the necessary security verification steps, such as obtaining email and phone verification codes. Click "Submit" after completing the verification process.

Step 6: Your request to change your email address will be submitted.

Step 7: Lastly, contact our customer support and email a photo of yourself holding your ID and a white piece of paper that says, "I voluntarily change my email address on Stella Pay." to support@stellapay.io
