How can I close my Stella pay account?

Step 1: Log into your Stella Pay account, navigate to the Home page, and click on your profile in the top left corner.

Step 2: Click on “Security Settings”.

Step 3: Click on “Close Account”.

Step 4: Select a reason for closing your account and click on “Continue” to submit the account closure request.

Step 5: Our staff will review the request you submitted and proceed with closing the account if all  closure criteria are met.
